CRUELTY FREE MEALS
ON BOARD
On board we offer only vegan dishes inspired by the Mediterranean tradition, as well as Indian, Arabic and Asian-inspired recipes.
We love to delight our guests with Italian delicacies and products: fresh organic fruit and vegetables, organic wine, olive oil and organic ancient grain bread.
Our meals include freshly cooked organic pasta with various traditional Italian vegan sauces (vegan pesto, vegan Bolognese ragù, tomato and olives, arrabiata tomato sauce, vegan tofu pesto.
Cereals are present in various recipes: Arabic couscous, buckwheat, quinoa in combination with salad or healthy bowl, pad Thai or Asian noodles, Thai curry with rice, Indian bhiryani and dhal will. We serve fresh organic salads, olives and hummus, organic bread bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, olive pâté or dried tomatoes.
Fresh organic fruit and organic Tuscan wine are always available on board.
ECO BLUE FRIENDLY ON BOARD
Aquamarine puts living in an ECO BLUE FRIENDLY way into practice on a daily basis through sailing activities:

We use biodegradable plates, cutlery, napkins and glasses.
We use organic and biodegradable cleaning products, dish detergents and bubble baths.
We do not use polluting products on board.
We use sea water and are aware of the value of fresh water on board.
We limit the use of plastic on board to a minimum.
We adopt a Cruelty Free and Organic menu.
Fishing is not allowed on our boats. We love fish in their natural environment!
We mainly use sails for navigation, limiting the use of the engine.

ECO FRIENDLY PHILOSOPHY
Aquamarine follows the eco-sustainable philosophy in all the activities it offers, spreading an ECO-FRIENDLY lifestyle for the sea and the surrounding environment.
Aquamarine opposes the tendency that often imposes a certain adaptability, which clashes with the need to exploit everything, immediately and in excessive quantities, which is the cause of the deterioration of our world.
Even though scientific progress in the ecological field is enormous, changing one's habits in this sense is not always easy.
The encounter with the SEA arouses one of the greatest emotions that man can experience in the presence of nature, the environment that most inspires respect and water, which from an unconscious point of view recalls the maternal womb and our birth.

CRUELTY FREE PHILOSOPHY
A philosophy and lifestyle which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation and cruelty towards animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and, by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of giving up all products derived wholly or partially from animals.
